Make a Night Happen

Talk is cheap. Group chats are graveyards. Here's the simple path from "we should play something" to actual dice hitting the table.

  1. Pick the game (or shortlist 2–3)
Use the How to Play notes. Be honest about length and player count.
  2. Pick the place
Check Venues. Prefer spots that already work for games.
  3. Pick the day + time window
Give a concrete option, not "sometime next week."
  4. Post it
Drop the details on the Board so people can commit or suggest tweaks.
  5. Lock it and show up
Once a couple people say yes, stop reopening the debate. Play.

Jeff's rule

I'd rather run a smaller night that actually happens than keep polishing a perfect plan that never leaves the chat. Momentum > perfection.
