A game night dies fast if the place is wrong. Too loud, too crowded, no table space, closes at 9pm, or the staff side-eyes dice. This page is the growing list of spots that actually work.

The ideal venue checklist

Enough space for the game + elbows. Lighting that doesn't make you squint at cards. Ability to stay for 2–4 hours without feeling rushed. Not so quiet that normal game noise feels rude, not so loud that strategy talk is impossible.

This will get concrete fast once the first few nights lock in locations. For now, the focus is on finding places that respect the table.
